Veena Gupta is the Founder and CMD of Seam Group of companies. The Group consists of companies with brands like “Seam Infratec Projects Private Limited, Seam Risk solutionsty Private Limited, Concept Safety Systems" ,seam property management solutions.
She has over more than two decades of experience in Executive Protection, Risk Management, Real estate ,, Fire and security field and she is a member would be adding on soon of reputed Security Organizations such as ASIS, FSAI, and APSA & IFSEC to name a few.
She is a Post Graduate Management in Hotel Management (specialization in hospitality and security industries). 

The turning point in Veena’s career was when she had decided to change her profession and enter into security field and got a break with MNC Company, MPA (India) Pvt Ltd, based as Asia Headquarter at Bangkok, Thailand. It was here that she learnt the basic training on guarding and safety operations in Bangkok.
The year 2005 onwards she had been running her own group successfully single handed which is self funded and for enhancing her skill further she is pursuing the CPP certification.       Till now she handled highly esteemed corporate clients like:  Sam Zell ET International, Bell Helicopter, Amway, Western Union, Fair Isaac, Quintiles, Eagle, Adobe, Goggles, Kodak-USA, Wal-Mart-USA, ADP-USA, Lenovo-USA, Net Jets-USA, Adobe-USA, Barclays Bank-Hong Kong, Novelis (Aditya Birla Group)-USA and many more.

Special assignments handled by her are Executive Protection including logistics and security for Prince of Hungry along his wife for marriage ceremony of LIZ Hurley and Arun Nayyar in India at Mumbai and Udaipur respectively.

Veena holds the following certifications,
:- First level instructor in Israeli hand to hand combat - KRAV-MAGA.
:- Certification from “World Karate Federation”.
:- Certification in International Training in 5 Den Karate by "Soki Tamas Weber - Sweden (Sanshinkan)".
:- Instructor course in Combatant fighting system from “Combatant Course Academy” .

She has a passion for specialization in modern security concepts and other related specialized Services for corporate and the Industrial Sector. She takes a keen interest in developing security and Safety solutions as per client requirements.

Veena specializes in formulating integrated security solutions by using modern security management techniques. She has her expertise in subjects like Risk and Disaster management solutions, Security Consultancy & Audits, and Business Continuity Plan. The experience she has gained over a period of 20 years is through her working for various national and global clients in hospitality and other sectors. 

A thorough professional and a known name in the industry, Veena strongly feels that the belief that only men can protect people is an incorrect belief system. The women are equally capable of protecting themselves, their family and the society.

She has been refurbishing herself by taking part in various international seminars and conferences across the globe.

Women’s Empowerment, Safety and Security (WESS) Foundation

Veena, continuing with her passion for the upliftment of women, founded WESS. She is the President of the NGO. It is a group of like minded individuals and professionals who have come together for the cause of a safer community and environment of each one of the women.

The faith of the organisation lies in continuing with the legacy started by raja ram Mohan Roy of the year 1829 that women and men have equal rights. Also, those women have a right towards a respectful living and thus need to occupy an equal status in the society.
